This Privacy Policy explains what personal information First Faces Models collects, why we collect it, and how it is stored, used and protected when you use our website and platform.
Because our services are built around children and families, we hold ourselves to a higher standard around how that information is handled — this policy sets out exactly what that means in practice.
To create and manage a profile on First Faces Models, we collect:
Almost all of the data we hold is given to us directly by you — most commonly when a parent, guardian or model registers for our services, completes a profile, or responds to a casting opportunity through the platform.
We use the information we collect to:
Profile and application information is collected to help us place a model with suitable work — it is not handed to anyone beyond that purpose. We only pass relevant details to a client once that client has confirmed a booking involving your child, and only the information needed for that booking.
We do not sell personal data to third parties, and we do not share it for marketing purposes outside of First Faces Models.
Your information stays on our systems for as long as your account remains active. If your account expires, or if you ask us to delete your data, we will remove it — any request to delete your information is actioned promptly and in full, in line with GDPR and equivalent data protection laws.
First Faces Models is built around representing children, so protecting their data matters more here than almost anywhere else. A child's profile can only be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian — we do not knowingly collect information directly from a child without that adult's involvement and consent.
A parent or guardian can review, correct or request deletion of their child's information at any time, with no need to give a reason.
You're entitled to the following rights over your own (or your child's) data at any time:
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected].
Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us recognise you and understand how our site is used. We use them to keep you signed in, and more broadly to remember your preferences and understand site activity.
The cookies on our site fall into two groups:
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies — see www.allaboutcookies.org for instructions. Blocking cookies may mean some parts of the site don't work as expected.
We operate across multiple countries, which means your information may be processed in a country other than your own. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure it continues to be protected to a standard consistent with this policy and applicable data protection law.
We review this policy regularly and will update this page whenever it changes. Please check back from time to time.
